Pumpkin Leaf Smoothie
Get more out of your pumpkin plants & enjoy this tasty smoothie!
The fruit of the pumpkin is not the only edible part of the plant - you can also eat the leaves & blossoms.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pumpkin leaves
- 1 can pineapple chunks/puree with liquid
- 6+ ice cubes
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
