Overripe? Just fudge it!

I was looking through the Nutrition Month recipes on my phone for inspiration and chose this one - and then realized later that it is actually a recipe from the 2021 collection.  Oops!  See?  I am just that committed to reusing and recycling!

It’s still a delicious & nutritious treat and it’s a good way to eat your scraps too.  If you have an avocado that’s gotten a little too ripe on you, this is an easy way to make something tasty while disguising any funky colours.

Avocados are considered to be in season all year round.
