Easy Holiday Candy Makeover

Need a quick treat for your New Year's Eve? Here is a great idea on how to give your leftover holiday candy new life for the new year!

These resuable, resealable Stashers bags are a fantastic way to reduce the single-use plastic in your life.  We love using them to hold snacks for road trips, and as you'll soon see they are also microwave, freezer & dishwasher safe!

We purchased ours at The Better Good in Saskatoon, SK but often see them in other shops and you can always acquire them online too.

Easy Holiday Candy Makeover

• 1 cup chocolate pieces
• 1/4 crushed candy canes (or other hard candy)
• 1 resuable silicone bag

1. Place chocolate pieces inside the silicone bag
2. Microwave in short intervals until melted
3. Add crushed candy
4. Smoosh until evenly mixed
5. Freeze for 20 minutes
6. Break into bite sized pieces
7. Enjoy!
